I think that is what I am looking for.

It supports both types of encryption, and works on Outlook, Thunderbird
(windows), and Apple Mail. It supports S/MIMIE and OpenPGP. I assume
that the partnership means that if you use Norton and PGP Desktop Home,
you are protected from malware.
