Here's the tmpmount script I use to mount ~/.mozilla in tmpfs.
It requires 'rsync' to be installed.
usage: tmpmount [-s SIZE] PATH
tmpmount ~/.mozilla # SIZE defaults to 250m
tmpmount -s 1G ~/.mozilla # a really huge mozilla profile.
