More info, for anyone who is interested.

The affected links only redirect you to a bad site if you actually *click* on
the link from Google's search results. If you right click on the link, copy
link location, and then manually paste it into a new tab (it'll be
http://google.com/url?... ), the affected links redirect to cnn.com. But if you
actually click on the link from your browser, the malware pops up.

This is really weird.
