Re: [SLUG] Why isn't firefox 3.5 working?

Can you launch firefox from the console?
I know that when I installed firefox 3.5 it was a little screwy for me
because instead of it being /usr/bin/firefox the new install binary was
actually /usr/bin/firefox-3.5 so all my icons broke. This could be what
is happening to you.
I would try just creating a new shortcut and point it to <path>/firefox
then make sure you have a firefox binary. In my case i created a sym
link /usr/bin/firefox that points to /usr/bin/firefox-3.5 for my own
piece of mind. Of course don't forget the %u in the shortcut command so
it will create a user profile.

Hope this helps,
Seth
