Hi Ronan,
I have been watching a little screen on the toolbar that shows CPU
activity. Since I have been watching it the problem has not recurred,
although there are times when the CPU is maxed.
I do recall that it always happened during periods of light activity.
When the system is really working it seems to be stable. Go figure.
