Some of their people (for me in the past, I no longer have VZN) have
demanded that a windows computer be at the customer site in order
to do the install, as far as I can remember that was only to install some
software they like to install, and of course use the windows box to
look at/setup the router box. I hope it is no longer that way. I will go
over there and be present with the arrive just in case.
