I just tried to login and got the error you cited. I shouldn't have
gotten an error like that if I have no login on the system. So I'm
inclined to believe that this error message is inaccurate; I suspect you
get it when your email/password don't match what they have in their
system (as in my case, where they have no record of me). Point is, I
don't think cookies have anything to do with it. As someone who's
written a lot of webpage code, I wouldn't even worry about cookies until
I'd validated the user.
