i believe that mandrake had about 20 percent of the
market before mandrake 8 came out. im not positive
about this figure but its close. i know that mandrake
had a larger market share than red hat and suse. anyway
very rarely do i find mention of mandrake. i go to linux
places all the time and read news etc. many of these place
have links to red hat suse debian whatever and almost
never have a link to mandrake. someone said the other
day here that they thought it was the if it aint hard it aint
worth it crowd that keeps mandrakes links off. i have
found that many people i have had contact with also
have this if u arent at least a decent programmer u
dont have any business with Linux. thank God for Mandrake.
