The gated package will talk BGP [in part developed at OAR.NET
in Columbus] -- but it is pretty unlikely that your ISP's will
peer this with you -- I border filter such requests from my
users at the ISP's I admin.

It can cause SERIOUS router flap, and misrouting if it leaks.
