well.. if you check out www.mesa3d.org you'll find out everything you want to know about mesa.. it's a 3D library similiar to OpenGL.. I would say that the 3.4.1-1 is newer.. the -1 is probably patch level one.. on version 3.4.1 .. so.. 3.4-13.. is patch level 13 on version 3.4.. which is less than 3.4.1 =) (aren't verisiJasononing schemes great)
