Well you have to read a little into the wording to see a joke here!

Adobe has announced that it will file lawsuits against all companies that
produce graphics editors which,
" to a computer-illiterate observer, might look like Adobe's own graphics
program".

passer-by might look at a user's screen and mistake the graphics program for
Adobe's. If the passer-by sees the program malfunction or act oddly, this
could affect Adobe's reputation

When asked if Microsoft's Paint program would be (targetted) <-- I see a
typo !,
he replied that this was unlikely due to "an unfavorable Adobe-Microsoft
lawyer ratio."

After its lawyers finish with graphics editor companies, Adobe plans to sue
major dictionary companies over their inclusion of the word "abode", which
Adobe says is confusingly similar to its own name

Take it from Tina Dont sweat this!

Good Joke though.

(Also the word targetted? misspelled should be targeted)
