I'll clue you in since I've already done some of this research:
They all use essentially the same core.
GeForce2 MX has a Single-data-rate memory bus and runs at 166Mhz.
GeForce2 Pro has a Double-data-rate memory bus and runs at 200Mhz.
GeForce2 Ultra has a Double-data-rate memory bus and runs at 266Mhz.
I believe the GeForce2 GTS is the same as the GeForce2 Pro, but I might
be mistaken.
It's a case where nVidia has basically the same card using the same
chip, but gives it a whole bunch of different names depending on what
kind of memory is attached and what clock rate the memory bus and main
GPU are running.
I personally sprung for the GeForce2 Ultra in the form of the ELSA
GLADIAC. Nice card. No Digital-video out or support for those funky
shutter glasses though.
