My vote would be for a set time allotment for the speech.. this we have
some jumping off points for the discussion.. and for those that just want
to ask questions.. they don't have to show up till towards the end of the
speech.. Speechs on IRC might be kinda difficult now that i think of it
though.. that is an awful lot of typing... maybe post a speech to the
list.. then open up irc for questions..
