I have 4 sony vaio z505 laptops and love them! I have 1 running beos,
Mandrake, and 2 running 2000. Out of 1 1/2 years I have had one problem
with a bad screen. The only other problem is driver support for some of
the features.

Anyone have any experience or knowledge of installing Linux on a Sony
VAIO PCG-FX215 laption (800Mhz Duron). I checked the linux on laptops
site and only found one (discouraging) entry for a FX170K.
Also any recommendations on an available 15" laptop under $1300(or so)
that runs Linux are appreciated.
