A little cost analysis is in order here. Going down their list, M$ says:

Migrating Static Content from Apache to M$ IIS.
Cost: Apache: Free
IIS: 1.) Time Spent Determining what your needs are, so you know what kind
of Licensing Requirements you might have.
2.) $$$$? Your valuable time spent negotiating with M$ about how many
licenses you're going to need. OR, $$$$? How much you've paid somebody
                     to do that for you.
3.) Actual software itself: Windows 2000 Server Version Upgrade with 25
Client Access Licenses: $899 US + <whatever you've spent before on
                     previous licenses>
4.) $300-$500/hour to consult with an attorney to make sure you are going
to be in compliance with the licenses you've bought.
5.) $$$$? Your valuable time dealing with the BSA (Business Software
Alliance?), because they decided to audit your overall software
installation to make sure you're in compliance with the licenses
                     you've bought.
6.) Lost productivity because you're tired from this round of dealing with
costs and possible penalties from using only one of M$'s software
solutions, with worries of doing this again for at least 5 more
                     products: Priceless.

Unfortunately, I can't read M$ Word docs in KWord, so I don't really know
what they say there. <Darn!> Another interesting thing is that their pricing
page lists volume licenses last...perhaps to scare people up front about how
expensive it might be to use the non-volume licenses?
