[SLUG] lilo probs on hdb

I just installed a dvd player in my system last night, ahile doing so I
switched my main HD from master to slave (hda ->hdb) I knew this would
cause probs so I reinstalled linux but lilo wouldn't work right as
on bootup all I got was"li", if I switched the disk back to master lilo
would work fine (of course it wouldn't boot though) does anyone have an
explanation?
