[SLUG] Library Publicity & Linux for the Red Cross?

Was just at the Hudson Branch of the Pasco County Library
system. On the front counter were Newsletters from a Windows
users group and photography users group, seems to me that if
we have a newsletter they will allow it to be placed there as well.

BTW:
Anyone have any thoughts about SLUGs banding together and
offering small networked PC systems to the Red Cross? Simplest
would be an e-smith server on an old Pentium PC with several
other older Pentiums running Linux with the free StarOffice
suite ... that way they can communicate cross-platform with
M$ junk. :-)

Seems if the Red Cross agreed to accept such systems we could
assemble and test them at our meetings.

Yes, no, maybe?
