As a former pilot have to jump on this one.
It means that if you have anything at all that you are not sure about then
ask it! Don't worry about feeling stupid because if it turns out not to be a
stupid question and you crash, becuase you did Not ask - the instructure
would have to ID your body in the wreck. (Which needless to say is not very
fun, for either party!)
