[SLUG] Moving HD Part

How does one go about moving the mounting point of hdb1 from /data to
/home/data?

HD - B is a 43 GB with one partion and currently completely blank with the
exception of a 100 byte test file. Objective is to store LAN System data
separate from individual user data.
