Do you have a .licq directory in your /home/person/
directory? I'm guessing you do. Go in there and look
arround for (normally) a file with a .lock extension.
Rimply 'rm' it and you're going.

Alternately, you could simply delete the .licq
directory in your home and just start the program
again. That'll take care of it. I've had this program
before with lots of progeams (Word Perfect, Opera,
XMMS, Netscape...). That's usually the way out of it.

P.S.
If there's alot of junk in that directory
(subdirectories and subsubdirectories), then you
probably want to do a 'whereis' on the file name (or
use 'find' and specify your directory of search.
