Back when Frank Ruiz did the technology column in the Monday
Business section of the Tampa Tribune, he mentioned an online consumer
rating service. I think you paid some sort of a membership fee. Members
rated products and services, from electronics and computers to car
repairs and plumbing.
Has anyone used this service, and have any opinions? Apreciate the
