What e-mail client do you use? Though I agree that you should follow
Bill's sugested steps, you could (for a quick fix) simply have your
e-mail software filter these types of messages out. Provided this guy
isn't selling your e-mail address, that should take care of your
problem. Also, have you tried e-mailing the guy and asking him what's
going on? Social engineering works pretty well sometimes, I've found
(you can be nice the first time, it's ok - it's when they ignore you
that you have the right to be nasty).
