The GPL is not aware of the internet. it says you have to include the
source code with the product. It doesn't say you have to make it free to
download from the Internet.
I would guess, if the source code isn't included with the LX version
(you quote doesn't say it's NOT included, but does kinda imply it)they
coud say it's free to download. and say the extra $10.00 for the deluxe
version is for the material cost and the dev tools.
