[SLUG] using rsync for Debian CDs

I'm issuing this command as root on my Debian sparcstation5:

rsync mirror.csit.fsu.edu::debian-cd/

The command comes back with "client: nothing to do" or something
like that. What am I doing wrong? I tried to hit the other rsync
mirrors but no go. I read the man page on rsync, but I still don't
understand if I'm supposed to do something else on my side.
