Gee, I don't know how long it's been since I wrote code with "sensitive
info" in it. ;-}

Anyone who's interested, I can tarball the site and email it, along with
the scripts involved. It uses mp4h as a preprocessor, and make to pull
it all together. Things like the checkbook register (Treasury page) are
kept in rdb databases (tab-delimited text) and require nosql to process
into tables for the HTML pages (or awk instead, if you really know what
you're doing).
