SecureCRT however is $99 and PuTTY is free.

If you like SecureCRT, you'll like PuTTY, too.

Cygwin (which may have been mentioned in this thread already) includes
an OpenSSH client and server for Windows boxen.

BTW- I've used all three (no, not at the same time:) when forced into
Windows...
