If you aren't against refurbished, compgeeks usually has HP and
E-machines for the cheap.

Subject: [SLUG] Cheap Linux boxes by the dozen?

I may need to buy a dozen or so cheap Linux boxes soon. To keep things
standard and easy to install, they'll have to be the same model. I'm
not averse to buying Wal-Mart PCs for $399 and popping in a 530TX+ NIC,
but it could take them a while to ship.

TCWO has machines for $600 without NICs, but I'm not sure whether
they've got a dozen in stock.

Ideally there'd be something in this price range that has a built-in NIC
and plenty in stock. (Even one in stock would be good, if the rest
could be delivered in a week or so.)

Any ideas welcome.

Ben
