Short version is that the antitrust judge is allowing testimony (over
Microsoft objections) from a Microsoft contractor who says he built a
"modular" version of XP, designed for applications like point-of-sale
machines. (Translation: "Oh, so you don't _really_ have to have IE as
part of Windows, eh?")
