First a few things that you need to do and mention .
1. Which version are you running?
2. What version of Web Browser? To find out open I.E. go to help about and
it should say like I.E. 6.0 or 5.0 what ever and cypher strength.
3. Are you running any anti virus on it if so what one and have you keep it
updated?
4. Have you deleted all the temp and junk files?
5. Has it been scan disked and defraged?
Also is this a dual boot or dedicated unit ?

Also processor speed and drive size and amount of drive space left, go to my
computer open it up and then right click on the c:\ drive and go to
properties and left click it will tell you also memory in pc.
These are very improtant to know!
After this is done I can e-mail you steps to tweak and clean up aloft of
junk and stream it out a bit.
