HFC - Hybrid Fiber Coax

Cisco VXR - a particular model of router/switches from Cisco

Cisco GSR - a larger model of router/switches from Cisco

BNS - Broadband Network Services - the company that hosts the Internet
routers for TimeWarner/RoadRunner.
