[SLUG] evolution mail

I've run the online update tool that comes with SuSE 8 and updated
Evolution. It seems to work a bit better than the original that came
with the distro.
I have Imap turned on - which was simpler than I thought it would be...
IIRC, I turned it on in inetd.conf and told evolution where to find the
folders. The subdir I pointed to is where procmail creates it mailbox
files, so I guess I have learned that mail is mail, no matter how it is
served up. Kmail is real nice, but it wants to munge on mail for it's
own purposes. It deletes the messages in the procmail folder. Pine
doesn't seem to do this... Maybe I should try telling kmail to use imap?
The original reason for not putting the procmail filtered mail in the
default ~/Mail subdir was so that I could try out different mail clients
and see what worked best.
Anyone else using Evolution for mail? What's with the exit box? I assume
that it is a little dig at outlook?
I would like to be able to recomend Evolution to some outlook users, but
I don't think I can yet.
