I just took a look at the list archives at
http://slugarchives.nks.net/List/ and the output certainly looks
threaded to me. (there are some other issues there that I'd like to
deal with, but not related...) What about the lists "aren't threaded"
the way they are now?

We're using hypermail, which is "the other one" as far as generating
HTML mailing list archives. I tried mhonarc and it had some issues that
I don't specifically recall that made it not the best choice in our
case.

If/when we can ever get out lists migrated over to mailman instead of
majordomo, it generates HTML archives very nicely on its own which I'd
be very happy to use instead.
