I can get, but cannot send email from Mozilla. What I get is an error that
says the delivery to the subject domain is not autorized by the
administrator. Or something to that affect. I am not near my home network
at the moment. Even if I log in as root I get the same denial on my
request.

The other thing that happens is when I get email from CBS Marketwatch, all I
get is garbage on the screen.

Any help here?
