Basically this means that the root / partition cannot be found. This is a FAQ
on the debian 68k list, since the way that old 68k macs have to be booted you
must tell the booter where to find the kernel. So, the kernel isn't on your /
partition yet, or it cannot be found if it is.

As far as the 03:02, I think that refers to disk and partition, but I'm not
completely sure. I think that's where the kernel is being looked for.
