Not any pre-announced to __me__ -- The connectivity to the
site is routing 'all around Robin Hood's barn' (to reach a
unti 5 miles away) and dying in Chicago. I suspect a problem
with a (_I forget the company_) edge router mis-advertising
transit BGP routing.
Return routing from Chicago is wedged as well:

No reason in the world once it leaves # 10 that it should not
be backhauled on the return OC-3 through Indy or Toledo --
instead it is being mis-routed

The impending Worldcom bankruptcy has me scrambling as well
tonight to test alternate routing. I am sure I am not alone.
This kind of issue also happened last Monday, and a manual
re-routing was inserted to avoid it by the upstream of the
bandwidth in which the SLUG site lives.
I am dialling in through a out-of-band control channel, and
will trace it from the inside out. ...

... doing this, it appears that much is wedged ... upstream
and downstream.
