I think I figured it out, at least I was able to pull it off.
You have to create a new folder it will create a .pst file in
it. Then you kill outlook delete the new pst file and copy the
good one from the c:\winnt\ directory, now you can start notlook
and you will find your pst file with all of your junk where you
want it. You now have to re-do the links to the filters so that
your mail gets put in the proper subfolders... Cheee I am getting
to hate that word, MS calls directories folders and subfolders
also...

Anyhow tnx all for the help and guidance.
