I was missing entry for /tftpboot/lts/ltsroot directory in /etc/exports

Got that sqared away:

* It mounts the root file system
* Is "unable to open an initial console"

I'm working through the X server setup but no luck so far.

I don't think the nfsd is running though - doesn't appear in process
list when I review output from: # ps ax

I'm now looking into how to config and start nfsd.
