I'm far, far from very experienced but here are my thoughts:
1) I'm suspicious of browseable = no and writable = no.
2) The printing spooler isn't indicated. For me it's printing = lprng
3) I don't see a print command. Page 203 of Using Samba gives an example
(print command = /usr/bin/lpr -r %s).
4) Maybe enter a guest ok = yes and comment out the create mode = 0700
to help troubleshooting and then start experimenting with more control
options.
