[SLUG] dhcp.conf and DNS servers seem OK but Konqueror has name resolution failure

Workstation: RedHat Kernel 2.4.7-10

Problem: Konqueror can't resolve URLs.

Troubleshooting so far:
        * The dhcp server is giving out the correct IP addresses for the
          DNS servers we are using.
        * I can ping the DNS servers
        * Other workstation's browsers can resolve URLs
        * dhcpcd-eth0.info on the problem Redhat workstation contains
          the IP addresses for the DNS servers
        * "ps ax | grep dhcp" yeilds "/sbin/dhcpcd -n -H -R eth0"

It seems to me that everything is in order yet there seems to be a
disconnect between the information in dhcpcd-eth0.info and Konqueror.

Any ideas as to the resolution?
