that's what I think is the biggest danger. not that they could actually
"win" anything, unless someone really did copy verbatim, but that they
could get the whole thing tied up in legal proceedings for long enough
to make e.g. Linux no longer viable as a platform through both inability
to do any further development and by making corporate/gov'ts too scared
from any potential legal action to want to use it.
