Osirusoft has listed your IP as an open relay for spammers. You need to
figure out if you are running an open proxy or mail relay and stop it...
then contact Osirusoft and ask them to de-list you. Go to their main
page:
        http://relays.osirusoft.com/

According to the above site, your netblock has been blacklisted as a
dialup spam source - the entire range has been filtered. You may wish to
use your ISP's SMTP relay to bounce valid email through - it might not be
blacklisted.
