Are you thinking of getting a wireless hub/router, or are you going to
have two of the machines connected via 802.11b, each routing to its little
subnet?

If you go the way of the router(great title for a geek martial arts
movie), you'll need to get wireless cards, in addition to the wireless
hub, for at least the two computers, the first ones mentioned, and will be
able to run cable in the room with the other three. Most of the wireless
hubs I've seen also have 4+ ethernet ports.

If you go the other way, you'll need two wireless cards, and you'll need
to set up one machine in each room to route traffic to/from its subnet.
