Hmm, I've never really done a comprehensive comparison. I've been using ext3 since it became part of the mainstream kernel, since it journals, and it was a breeze to convert all my ext2 filesystems. I've tried reiserfs several times, but it seemed very error-prone every time and I ended up switching. Keep in mind that this was quite some time ago; it may be better now. Lots of folks I know swear by xfs.
If you have lots of power outages (what? In Florida?!), I'd recommend a journaling system to help maintain data integrity and minimize downtime. For a low-end server, any filesystem that is dependable and non-slow is a good choice.
