There is also Smoothwall http://www.smoothwall.org which IPCOP is based on.
Smoothwall 1.0 is also based on the 2.2 kernel but the 2.0 beta version is
based on 2.4.

Its not a floppy based firewall but it does have a lot of nice features. I
just wish it used a journaled file system in place of ext2.
