Normally, this would be done with a setup something like this:

(mail)->fetchmail->procmail->spamassassin->procmail->(recipients)

If you have something like that, then you can tell procmail to forward
spamassassin-tagged mail to X address. I believe spamassassin by itself
only "filters" mail (alters headers).
