Most checksums are listed on LinuxISO.org for just about all distros
For burning use Nero, EasyCd, NTI just about any will do fine.
also check this on linuxiso.org
http://www.linuxiso.org/viewdoc.php/verifyiso.html
this will clear up all things for you .
