Hmm.. it's interesting how few laptop companies manufacture their own stuff. I was looking at the
Sager 8887 and realized that it's exactly the same machine as the NT887v from neotech
(www.neotechpc.com). There's some company in Taiwan (I forget their name, but they don't sell
direct to the consumer at all from what I could tell) that makes the laptops that alienware,
neotech (which has the alienware area51 laptop, sans alienware logo, for a fraction of the price)
and apparently Sager all use.

Not a criticism. I just find it interesting.
