There are a few varieties of boxes -- I have two versions -- so here is
the generalized intructions:
Walk up to the box itself, and look for keys that look like the ASCII
image below:

Hold the middle button (*) down until a light (green) starts blinking.
Then, release the * button, and look for the "Info" button.
On the new box, the button is labeled "info", on the older one,
it has a diamond on it. press it.
Now, use the Vol- and Vol+ keys on the cable box to page between about
16 pages of yummy info. :)
