A great groupware product that I use and develop is Group-Office it is
PHP/MYSQL based and as of yet, it will only install on linux, but
windows clients can access it with no problem through intranet/internet.
It is secure and can be SSL enabled. If you need assistance or have
questions, I wrote the manual for it and can help you out with it. Here
is the link to download. I tested many groupware suites before this, and
none of them came close to it as far as ease of use / bugs.
