Sort of.
Caldera *is* based in Utah, and they bought SCO a couple years back.
Then Caldera changed their name to SCO, thinking they would have better
market penetration by using the well-known name. Whether they closed
either Utah or California offices, I have no idea. Presumably most SCO
people are still in CA and most Caldera people are still in UT.
